Our Mission Statement

The Kelowna Hospital Auxiliary to the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation is a voluntary organization that raises funds for the purpose of helping to improve and enhance the level of patient care and comfort at Kelowna General Hospital, and other healthcare facilities which fall under the jurisdiction of the KGH Foundation.

Our Auxiliary provides financial assistance in many ways including, (but not limited to) the purchase of special equipment, furnishings, and items to improve and enhance patient care and comfort, but specifically excludes real estate, buildings, and other such fixed assets.

The Kelowna Hospital Auxiliary believes that every individual has a right to be treated with kindness and respect and integrates this philosophy into all of its policies and practices.
